Waveform Lighting's D50 5000K T8 LED tube is anISO3664:2000 compliant lamp that is designedfor color matching applications where light quality is of paramount importance.

OurT8 LED tube is designed to directly replace 4-ft T8 fluorescent lamps, andcan be directly installed into an existing 4-ft fluorescent fixture without having to open the fixture housing and rewiring the connections.
The best way to determine if these lamps will fit and operate in your current fixture is to confirm the specifications of the fluorescent lamp that is currently installed in your fixture. Below are the basic requirements for compatibility:
- 4-ft (48") in length
- T8 style tube (1" tube diameter)
Youcan also look for a model number or designator on the fluorescent tube. The most common designation is F32T8, which is a compatible fluorescent tube specification.
For most customers, we recommend this approach for ease of installation. For further information and instructions on rewiring for ballast bypass, please refer to our install guide / user manual.

Amazing difference in a dental clinic
I purchased these so I could have better lighting for shade matching materials to teeth. I was hesitant because I normally like warmer lighting and I was worried about these being too blue. I installed a few and was shocked at the difference. My white cabinets under these lights looked much brighter; almost as if they had been renewed. The colors of everything in the clinic popped like never before, and the lighting now makes you feel as if an amazing amount of light is coming through the windows. Most importantly though is that shade matching is so much easier and accurate. I waited to see how I liked the first bunch, and now I’m going to outfit the whole clinic with these. Obviously I highly recommend these.

Excellent lights
I used eight of these T8 tubes to replace the LED tubes in my office. The cheap LED tubes that my employer installed had a massive amount of 120 Hz flicker and very poor CRI. These obviously have much better CRI and have no 120 Hz flicker. Easy upgrade!

Excellent option for a dental office
These highly color accurate LED tubes made it extremely easy to upgrade from fluorescent tubes without any re-wiring, and all the while maintaining the high standards for illumination required in all dental offices.
